Hi Asther. No this shark wasn't created in after effects. It was created using a software called Spriter. The download includes Spritesheets and the Spriter file. You can edit the animations using Spriter. Do you want to use the Shark in a video? if so I doubt the spritesheets would be good enough anyway they have a limited number of frames. The best way to use it in a video would be to export the animation using spriter at 25 fps with a transparent background and higher resolution then import it into after effects as image frames. The free version of Spriter should be enough to do this.
