If you find that game assets from this site are just always too big and don't want to reexport them from inkscape or spriter or resize them one by one, just chuck them into this little tool and it will spit them all back out at you at whatever rescale you choose

Remember: if you are resizing spritesheets with mulitple animation frames make sure your rescale sizes are factors of column width and column height or you will get jumping and stuttering animations
